Background
Opt Health lets men see a doctor remotely: a questionnaire, an online consultation, then treatment. The topic is personal, and many men put off talking about it. So the design challenge was trust: making people want to take the first step, without embarrassment and without any doubt about the service's medical credibility.
I worked on this project at the Bruno agency. I mainly designed the app, then the marketing website that presents it.
Understanding a sensitive topic
Before designing anything, I needed to understand what holds people back: embarrassment, fear of being judged, worry that the service isn't legitimate. These barriers became the lens for every design decision.
A frictionless flow
The flow goes from the questionnaire to the consultation, then to treatment. Each step asks for as little effort as possible and explains what happens next, so users never feel lost or exposed.
An interface that reassures
The visual tone is understated and medical without feeling cold: a clear hierarchy, direct copy, nothing awkward on display. Credibility comes from clarity, not from effects.
The app
Most of my work focused on the app: the questionnaire, consultation, and follow-up screens, designed to stay readable and consistent from one end of the journey to the other.
The marketing website
The website presents the app and builds trust before people even sign up. It uses the same visual language, so moving from the site to the app feels seamless.
Outcome
Opt Health now has an app and a website that speak with one voice, designed so that a hard-to-raise topic becomes simple to deal with.
